Gamezine: Sony's planning an electrifying announcement for the 27th April and we might have a little theory about what it might be.
Following the company's Destination PlayStation event, we'll be getting a number of updates on highly anticipated PlayStation 3 games next week, including Uncharted 2 and PixelJunk 1-4.
However, Sony is teasing an "electrifying" announcement for April 27th on the Official US PlayStation website, whilst flashing images of both InFamous and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves in between the text. So unless there will be distinct announcements, there appears to be some kind of connection between the two titles in Sony's upcoming news.
Could an Uncharted 2: Among Thieves demo be included on the InFamous disc?
In a list of games that defined the PlayStation 3, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves would certainly be one of the top contenders. The blockbuster sequel to 2007’s Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune not only received critical acclaim and became a massive hit for Sony’s third console when it was released 15 years ago on October 13th, 2009, but it also cemented Naughty Dog’s future as a developer of cinematic, story-driven action-adventure games as opposed to its history of colorful platformers like Crash Bandicoot and Jak and Daxter from previous PlayStation generations. To this day, Uncharted 2 stands as one of the PS3’s best exclusives and one of the most important PlayStation games of all time.
It is for sure my favorite game in the series. It's such a blast to play. The train levels still hold up and are fun as hell as well as the entire game.
Still remember the first gameplay video ... shooting the chasing truck and then the beautiful visuals & details whilst traversing the dilapidated Nepal streets ... perfection
Too bad Sony never ported the trilogy to PC ...
I'll say, the PS3 really did sequels better than people give it credit for. Resistance 2, Uncharted 2, Motorstorm Pacific Rift, Infamous 2... all were better than their initial offerings and still hold up to this day.

During MCM Comic Con London X EGX, CGM got the chance to be part of a press group interview with the stars of the Uncharted titles, namely the legendary Nolan North, who played protagonist Nathan Drake, Emily Rose, who portrayed Elena Fisher and Richard McGonagle, who took on the role of Victor ‘Sully’ Sullivan,

Sucker Punch rejuvenated the superhero genre with Infamous, a series that focused on the pure fun of wielding destructive powers.
Atleast release a remaster trilogy or something to gage interest. I'd buy it. With that said I'm pretty over superheroes at this point. Infamous is still dope as fk though so it'd be a buy
I agree but games take 4-6 years to make so who knows when they would do it? After Ghost of Tsushima2? They could have something else in the world as well in early production who knows.
It's a shame Sucker Punch finally figured out a good open world formula only while making Ghost of Tsushima. Infamous 1 and 2 were great for their time, but Second son felt too much like a checklist in It's design. I love the hell out of all 3 games (2 and 3 are just so damn good, while 1 shows it's age and the ps3 struggles), but I would love to see how they would do another infamous with all they have learned. Wouldn't hurt to release a remastered collection either.
This series, days gone, will continue to get ignored by sony, luckily we still have the horizon series, sly cooper not getting pushed anymore, speaking of that I'm bout to get on my ps2 and play some sly 2 anyways lol, but seriously I never woulda thought back then sony would ever cold shoulder most of their franchises I'm actually surprised they're still letting ratchet&clank be around
That would be amazing if the demo were on the disc!
I would definately pick up this game day one if that was the case. Infamous already looks to be a solid title at the least, and then put Uncharted demo on it too. thats like having christmas during christmas !!!
I thought INFAMOUS went gold before ND said they were still 'working' on the UNCHARTED 2 demo for E3. It would be great (and would help sales of the Sucker Punch game no end) but it seems a bit of a stretch to me.
I only like playing demos of games that i'm not too sure about. Uncharted 2 is a must buy for me so I'd prefer that it was something other than a demo (i don't want the tease). But if it is that's cool too because I know a lot of people that would definately want that.
that would be awesome, they should add a bunch of demos, they have the space on the blu ray for it. I would suggest some underrated and overlooked PSN demos.
