I would really love the remaster of InFamous 2.

There's a good deal of PS3 games that would benefit from a simple 4k 60fps port but these days I'd expect Sony to do full remakes rather than remasters due to things like accessibility features etc.

I just wish they made more PS3 ports like they did with TLOU, Uncharted and GOW3 because there's a lot of great games stuck behind poor framerates - seems like RPCS3 is the way to go

I just can't see them putting in the effort for anything from the 7th gen given the current state of PS3 emulation a lot of PC gamers can effectively make a DIY remaster of the game on midrange hardware.y PC with a 2070 and 8700k runs infamous at 60 fps 1080p easily and that's quite outdated these days.

Not saying this couldn't be the basis for a ps5 remaster also but given nixies primarily focus on PC seems unlikely and given Sony would rather offer 7th gen games via cloud were just stuck in limbo on console hardware until Sony figure out emulation

Loved the 3 infamous games. Couldn't get on with festival of blood but the 3 main games where great. Wouldn't mind a remaster and a new entry.

I've been wanting a remaster/remake of 1 and 2 SOOO bad. Some of my favorite games of the generation, and were short so I played through them multiple times.

Unfortunately the games only dold a couple million copies, so i have my doubts we'll see anything. The animations are also a bit rough, so whatever they release would likely require a fair amount of work.

How about forgetting the infamous second son ever existed and continue the Cole saga, infamous 3 or whatever, no more remasters and remakes please, new Killzone game with good campaign and not trying to be cod...

Quite how the Infamous series fall into the category of 'obscure games' is beyond me.

Personally, I would be happy with a re-release with even the most basic of improvements such as higher resolution & framerate, absolutely loved this series (including Second Son).

I LOVED the Infamous series (except the last one it was trash) so I’d welcome a revisit to the series.

I bought my PS3 just for Infamous, so I would love to see a Remake, instead of a Remaster. Gameplay for the first gets pretty repetitive after a little while. Loved the story, though.

I’d def be down for that. I’d rather a new game altogether but a rebuild would still be good.

I would rather see a reboot of Insomniac PS1 classic DISRUPTOR . At least that game is 28 years old .

Im all about another infamous game. Why does it have to be a reboot or remaster? Why not an entirely new infamous game. I feel like reboots are lazy at this point. So we’re basically playing the same games for the last 10-15 yesrs, with current gen updates, instead of new content. New content, that pushes the potential of current generation hardware.

Why do people still mix up Remaster with Reboot? I just finished this game it's pretty damn Ugly they should Remake it. Working through on the platinum for 2 now and it is huge leap in graphics fidelity but its still a 12 or so year old game.

I was actually 100% certain that Sony was going to do both a Infamous and Resistance collection last gen. Completely wrong on that one. Just like I'm gonna be wrong about Parasite Eve and Legend of Dragoon this gen. Arrgh.

Nixxes should port Ghost of Tsushima on PC first, Infamous can still wait.

These 2 games should def be at the top of Sony's remaster list, I enjoy all 3 systems but why slick arrogant never wanting to listen to fans in certain ways, Sony knows damn well we been wanting these remastered mane lol imagine how good they could look on PS5 🔥, by this rate Microsoft will remaster a gem before Sony do lol even Nintendo just did

If they were gonna do anything from Infamous it would likely be Second Son/First Light for PC.

It's the only remaster I'd be really looking forward to and it could REALLY use it. The original is still trapped on PS3 and it always looked like a ps2 game. I don't care TOO much about visuals but having a fresh coat of paint would be so fun. It's just a fun game to move around the city. really makes electric powers so much fun.
(2 wouldn't hurt either.)

Tell me again how the multiplatform strategy was supposed to fix everything. Look at your results and compare them to Nintendo, which keeps thriving with exclusives. Your loyal fans are gone. And let’s not forget the pile of IPs you purchased only to let them rot.

The worst thing is this is down from last years numbers/expectations which was down from the previous years numbers/expectations. You think about how long “down” has been a consistent part of the communication and you realize those subscriptions are what’s holding that boat together. The price cut of gamespass is still a price raise in a string of price raises. They are trying to use players to offset the missing revenue. Now call of duty is out of gamespass, which is literally WHY they bought the company. To draw people to the subscription. They realized they missed a boatload of money and that wasn’t sustainable. Now you pay for it like you would have if they never bought the company… so why buy the company? Mind you those billions still need to be paid back. Yeah it gives you a chance to say we make the biggest FPS… but the internal conversations must be brutal at high level on topics that really matter. Like revenue. Profitability. And ROI for the shopping spree.

Is this like the 10th quarter in a row they're down 33% on hardware how is that even mathematically possible. You would think their mediocrity would Plateau
