SNK has announced Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Season 2, which will feature one new downloadable content character per month, starting with Kim Jae Hoon on January 22.

Unless any of those "new games" involves a proper Metal Slug game or bringing back some of their old classics in a new fresh coat of paint (Shock Troopers, Blazing Star, Crossed Swords, Sengoku, Ninja Commando), my interests remain tepid. It's far more likely another one of their old fighting games will be brought back in full 3D such as The Last Blade 3 or SNK vs. Capcom 3.
