TNS: After getting some hands-on time with Splitgate 2, my enthusiasm for this portal-shooting FPS has grown as much as the new multi-team maps.

I didn’t touch Splitgate 2. I did play the first Splitgate for maybe 10hrs. The game felt like it lacked its own identity. Even with the portal mechanics, the bland weapons, art and maps, made the game come of as a wannabe, less refined Halo.
This game is for portal jumping sweats. The no portal mode was probably where I had the most fun but it gets boring quick
A decent successor that expands on the original, but never really surpasses it.
