Witcher 3 was universally praised for world building and story, but not for it's gameplay. That's not to say it had bad gameplay but plenty of people criticised its combat.
FromSoft's prioritisation of combat and world design elevates them above most other devs for me

@ Chard, I've played all the FromSoft games. I WANT TO LIKE THEM. Bloodborne was incredible, and enjoyed it due to it's unsettling nature. It also had a more offensive approach that I enjoyed. Not going to lie and say I beat the game, but I found that the world building and unsettling environment to be absolutely top notch. Look. I'm not opposed to people enjoying their stuff (hell, I try). I'm just saying I'm not jumping over the moon for whatever they put out next. Unless it's a Bloodborne remake or remaster.

Level 71, everything unlocked. Ship modules, stratagems, all the Warbonds etc etc. I really love the game, but I'm at the point now where I feel like I've got just about everything the game has to offer. Like you I solo level 7, and go higher when grouped up. I just have no reason to care about extracting with every single thing on a map anymore. Gonna need to beef up the content sooner rather than later.

The standard edition physical should have been 40 then with the expansion seperate. Why normalize 80 dollar games? Specially ports of old games.

If people accept this might as well make physical 80 dollar deluxe versions only.

Like it or not, the vast majority of game sales are digital. Just like movies, and music. At least Gamekey cards are shareable and you can sell them.
