
Microsoft and Primax Electronics have settled their differences over mice.
Back in July Microsoft filed a patent infringement action with the International Trade Commission (ITC) after what it called repeated attempts over several years get Primax to the negotiating table.
More than 30 companies have licensed the U2, Tilt Wheel and Magnifier technologies but Primax refused to pay up. Microsoft said that was not fair to the rest and filed suit.
In a joint press release the pair announced that the patent infringement case brought by Microsoft against Primax had been settled and Primax had backed down.
