Two years later, some big-studio tentpoles like Fable and Pragmata are still totally MIA
Capcom’s newest IP—PRAGMATA. An all-new Science Fiction action adventure with its own unique hacking twist! It is the near future, and protagonists Hugh and his android companion Diana, must work together as they make their way through the cold lunar research station.
Capcom’s Pragmata demo reveals notable performance differences on PS5, Xbox Series S, and Switch 2 in a new comparison video.
DLSS handling the lasers very well compared to FSR, but the hair is not so much.
I don't see this game finding an audience. It seems to be entirely predicated on this unique game mechanic, but with little else to hold ones interest. Hopefully, it will do well enough because we need more original IPs.
Pretty impressive stuff
Another comparison with better quality.

PS5's lowest framerate dip is 54, while Switch 2's is 45. I hope it will be fixed on release day.
looks really good. Solid port.
cue the people who go off on the hair, since that seems to be the cool thing to gripe about (even though it looks perfectly fine).
Looks surprisingly good for the Switch. I expected larger FPS dips or a severe graphical downgrade. Looks like I was wrong. I played the demo on Steam and plan on picking it up (for Steam) during a sale.
I tried the demo on PS5, there are a few dips but both modes are very stable. I also tried the other Capcom demo that was released at the same time with this one, the Monster Hunter Stories 3. While on PS5 the framerate was buttery smooth, there was a stuttering on Switch 2 outside of combat, such as exploration in the city and outdoors. I hope they can fix this on Switch 2, because it's not fun to play when the framerate issue is severe.
It’s no surprise games are taking longer to make. As long as it’s good I’ll wait people want things quickly them complaint when it’s all buggy.
I want to see what they do with Outer Worlds 2. I really enjoyed the first, but there was definite room for improvement.
A bigger budget and team this time around should see to that, I think.
That said, I'm dying to see gameplay for Avowed.
Pragmata is one of those Capcom games that is going to take a long time to see the light of day I feel. I know it’s scheduled for next year but Capcom is very tight lipped about it. Which suggests it’s further off than anticipated.
Arc raiders.
