Demons is easiest. Elden has harder bosses just more ways to counteract that making it easier but requires heavy learning of its systems. Demons you can breeze through most of the game pretty easy just by dodging.

Elden Ring on Nintendo Switch 2 has been delayed to fix critical performance issues

Bandai Namco and FromSoftware decided to delay Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition for Nintendo Switch 2 in order to improve the game's performance on that platform.

What a name for a title with bad performance right now. Yup Tarnished Edition is about right. They made the right choice to delay this game.
