so good?hmm sorry but is not, when they were good they use to release lots of great games, Darkstalkers, Chaos Legion, God Hand, the real evolution of Ghost and Globlins Maximo, lots of new awesome Mega Man games, Dino Crisys, Omimusha, Rival Schools, lot of 2d brawlers like Alien vs Predator, Viewtiful Joe. , each one of them and lots more were and still are pure gems.

But now they focus only on Street Fighter, Resident Evil and barely on Devil May Cry, so please dont say is so good now while they were a mere shadow of what they used to be.

They stopped being/acting greedy in front of gamers by having dlc on disk but requiring $5 to unlock it

I wish Konami would have become great again too.

They have great IPs trapped in limbo such as Silent Hill, Metal Gear and Castlevania.

Rival Schools is the greatest arcade fighter of all time. Been playing it a lot since I got a PS1 emulator. Wish they would come back to it.

Hardly .. if anything they got worse and cheaper than before and we notice a huge decline in quality and content
Capcom are enemies of their own past success and they rather copy others than their own selves

Listening to what the fans wanted it worked with Sony and PS4 and it’s working from Capcom they obviously listened to the dislike for 6 (not everyone but vast majority feeing it wasn’t Resi-Too action based) and all the other dribble they were releasing and now they’ve got some really great games behind them it’s been a good couple years fan feedback can be very helpful when it’s not “hope you eat 💩 and die” that doesn’t give them much to work on 🤦🏻‍♂️😜 ✌🏻🤣

RE3 remake fell flat I want Capcom to make a Dino Crisis remake that was as good if not better then the RE2 remake and maybe even tap into the Breath of Fire franchise again.

The engine they are using right now is really good, but I’m sorry RE3 remake was a disappointment. It didn’t feel like a lot of love went into remaking it. Too many things were cut and it felt rushed. Like they were hurrying to get it out the door.

I wouldn't say they're good. They've had a horrible track record the last few years and have burned my trust almost completely. Not as much as EA or Ubisoft, but they're definitely #3 on the list for publishers to be weary of.

Now dont get me wrong. Im very glad cappy is doing so great financially, but they still have a long way to go before they become great again. If theyre not gonna make new stuff like how they used to then bring back some of the many, MANY beloved properties you were known so well for.

Yes they have brought back megaman, GnG, DMC, and we got shinsekai, but not before we got like 17 resident evils, and 12 street fighters. Instead of street fighter 6 can we get a new fighter? A 3D fighter like tekken or virtua fighter maybe? Can we see asuras wrath again but with actual gameplay? Maybe have the dmc5 guys do it? Maximo could be capcoms souls game. It could stand out more being on the more stylized, cartoony side instead of being all grim and dark like nioh and dark souls.

Outsource your games to other devs if you dont wanna do it. Give God hand, VJ, and okami back to Platinum. Or better yet collab with platinum. They basically came from you guys. Why hasnt Capcom all stars happened yet? Power stone is one of their best ideas yet we havent seen ANYTHING power stone related since. Maybe try another boss fighter like Red Earth? Can we get more brawlers like how you used to make before? To this day no one knows what happened to deep down. Pragmata might as well be forgotten until the end of next year. Like come on man.

Tell me again how the multiplatform strategy was supposed to fix everything. Look at your results and compare them to Nintendo, which keeps thriving with exclusives. Your loyal fans are gone. And let’s not forget the pile of IPs you purchased only to let them rot.

The worst thing is this is down from last years numbers/expectations which was down from the previous years numbers/expectations. You think about how long “down” has been a consistent part of the communication and you realize those subscriptions are what’s holding that boat together. The price cut of gamespass is still a price raise in a string of price raises. They are trying to use players to offset the missing revenue. Now call of duty is out of gamespass, which is literally WHY they bought the company. To draw people to the subscription. They realized they missed a boatload of money and that wasn’t sustainable. Now you pay for it like you would have if they never bought the company… so why buy the company? Mind you those billions still need to be paid back. Yeah it gives you a chance to say we make the biggest FPS… but the internal conversations must be brutal at high level on topics that really matter. Like revenue. Profitability. And ROI for the shopping spree.
