Agree with some of the points raised.. the most important thing to improve would be a village should have more than 10 inhabitants, and a decent town about 200-300 +.. I would seriously expect villages/towns/cities to have the size and life of those in The Witcher 3.. that's the benchmark.
great sidequests and a longer single player like Oblivion.
Maybe Bethesda can start with a brand new engine and start from there.
