Glad they're still updating. I don't understand why they can't put host migration in place at least while in the lobby. That should be easy to develop...

ApocalypseShadow2659d ago (Edited 2659d ago )

They seem to be more concentrating on frivolous nonsense instead of game play features like modes, maps, single player features, etc.

I know people love it and it looks great. But online only with no single player campaign and one mode means I'm still not buying it.

Criminal not to buy this if you have an Aim controller ;-) the experience is one of a kind for PSVR even with it's limitations.
Theyre obviously not sinking tons of time into this, but what can you do... Maybe it's not financially viable for them to do so...

@crazyCoconuts - I have an aim and a PSVR. I want to get into this, but they really need to add more to get us in. More modes, more maps, nobody is asking for a lot here, just the basic things that come with a growing game. Hopefully the dev is listening, I would love to get into this game, but I want a little more to be honest first.

My friend who plays this game pretty much every day say this game got a big problem with players getting kicked from server just like that without reason (he got 100mbit fiber connection so that shouldn't be the problem), so that put me off from buying this game. Anyone here that can confirm that the servers seems unstable ?

Firewall Zero Hour was the game that just kept giving. Those guys worked real hard on the game and it was awesome fun.

PSVR2 compatibility? Sequel??

Neonridr1379d ago

I'd love a new game for PS VR2.

Watch Sony acquire these guys in the next year.

jukins1378d ago

They really need to. They havevthe potential to make a vr gane that catapults vr to mainstream or at least an esports staple. I honestly cant wait to see what theyll do with way more power and a way more capable headset at their disposal

MadLad1378d ago

I hope they don't.
This site hates big companies keeping devs and their IP away from people.

You're probably mistaking single studio acquisitions with massive multi-billion dollar publisher acquisitions which include tens of studios and established IPs in just 2 fell swoops.

Firewall Zero Hour: Operation: Rubicon arrives tomorrow

From PS Blog: "Hi all! Damoun Shabestari (aka Shabs) here, game director at First Contact Entertainment — developers behind Firewall Zero Hour*, the team-based multiplayer shooter exclusive to PlayStation VR**.

New operation but no new map. Shame.

Should have been putting in more modes and maps into Firewall than creating Solaris. Gamers are barely playing that one. And it just came out.

SullysCigar1791d ago

Solaris is okay, but it's not pulling people from Firewall. Firewall is still a great game.

Also, Alvo seems to have attracted the players Solaris was after. Alvo is really good fun, COD-like, and they have more content on the way, I hear.

There were better prices on the PlayStation Store as regular sales and Christmas time frame. I got Sairento and AC7 for $15 new. And that was physical at Gamestop and Target respectively.

As for Fruit Ninja, I think this is the ONLY price drop I've ever seen for that game. And I still won't buy it at that price. The developers are nonexistent and have kept FN at full price since launch almost 4 years ago. Want to be ninja? Get Sairento. You'll thank me later.

Shop around. You can always get a better deal until you can't.
