It won't this is cheaper and easier to make if this sells well, they'll just continue making expansions and season passes for this F2P garbage. As soon as this was announced TF3 was dead.
Respawn minus EA is the only thing that can save the IP'S furure, just look at what EA thought/cared about with the release date they gave tf2, they we're preemptively cutting they're losses without having enough faith in respawn to make them ALL the money they so greedily wanted
