And four are yet to be announced."

O'Dell Harmon Jr. writes: "Before we say goodbye to 2025, let’s take a look back and see what were the most downloaded games of the year. It was a great time for sports, shooters, and some new PlayStation VR2 games. Sports favorites topped the charts in US/Canada and EU, with NBA 2K26 and EA Sports FC26, respectively.
Juggernaut GTA V found a home in the top three for both regions, with new 2025 release Battlefield 6 claiming second place in the US. Fortnite took top place for free-to-play games, and Beat Saber continues its PS VR2 success."
It’s funny to watch the only games EU and USA agree on was Minecraft and back ops 7 both regions on 6 and 7 spot respectively other than that FIFA rules EU
I would like to see a list that has both free to play and paid games together, but at least we have this.
To this day GTA5 is a top downloaded game and it makes me wonder if the industry is really ready for GTA6. I imagine almost nothing else will sell during that game's release window.

Another night of Fortnite with the boys then?
I’ve never played Fortnite GTAV or CoD BO7 but I do own GTAV for PS4/5 because I got them cheap.

Skewed and Reviewed have posted an Opinion Piece that explores options that can be brought to the Call of Duty series in order to address fatigue and fan frustration.
I used to be a big zombies player.Just go to old format no fluff no loadout, gobblegums just the old perks and the zombies.

Easy
Step 1. Remaster and release MW2 (original) MP with full support for many years to come.
Step 2. Release new COD once every 3-4 years and actually put quality and effort into campaign and MP.
Step 3. Keep OG Classic SBMM for normal non ranked playlists forever.
Step 4: COD Zombies should be it's own thing, it's own release every 3-4 years with 2 years of major content support. The only mode I enjoy playing anymore from cod.
...Not that they even need to anyways as they'll still sell, why they'll keep doing yearly releases with minimal effort.
Go back to being single player focused and make sequels to a few of the on off games.
Reduce instal size
Support the Switch 2 like you said
Take a break... at least 2 years
Make the game less focused on MTX and Passes
Create something new with new assets
Stop with the stupid stories. Our at least make it interesting.
