There are other games they can put on the N64 mini that aren't part of Rare's catalog, though Rare definitely put some of the best N64 games out there.

Meh. Like September said, there’d be a multitude of games they could use, plus Nintendo was able to work things out regarding DK64, since they were able to get it into Wii U VC, and DKR, all they really had to do to get it on DS was remove Conker and Banjo.

It would look odd but Nintendo and others have more than enough games to fill a mini 64
