The Nintendo Switch could soon be the sort of platform that gets the same games at the same time as the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, according to the head of Panic Button Games.
Adam Creighton, director of development and co-owner of Panic Button also noted that the developer will have a new major port for the Switch to talk about next month.

This appears to be our first look at the new AAA open-world driving game from ex-Forza Horizon 5 developers.

"Romeo is a Dead Man’s story may hint at the semblance of some noir revenge tale, pulp Sci-Fi, or grindhouse absurdity, but it’s the formal delivery (whether editing, visual style, combat cadence, UI or audio) that largely shapes the experience. Throughout the game, you are clearly working towards a goal, however, the journey is far more attractive a proposition than the destination."

Capcom reveals PC now represents about half of its total unit sales, with the company expecting the platform’s share to continue growing.
And they worked real hard for it. Capcoms about one of the only big console devs that do great porting and optimizing games on PC.
Good! The more parity in release timing they aim for, the better the chance they'll have at higher sales.
I know there's exceptions, but generally the last version of a game to come out is the one that sees the least amount of sales, because the common consumer isn't as patient as devs wish they were.
Panic Button has been doing awesome work on all of their ports and content. I’m pretty much game for anything they bring. It’s really good to hear them say something like this about Switch. The hardware is solid and games play great on it, and I’ll usually pick a switch build over others if I want to play the game on the go. It improves the value proposition for me a lot. These guys definitely get that.
A few playable ports done well after release doesn't make Switch a great place to make games for simultaneously. Look what happened with PS Vita games there were actually quite a few games made for Vita and PS3 hardware at the same time and sometimes under the same studio. It was too much work. Ultimately the power differential between PS Vita and PS4 is about the same too which is to say that Switch is about 1/6 the power of PS4 on paper. In practice (going by software) it looks to be much closer only halving framerates and still dealing with performance under 30hz plus cut down visuals ultimately still doesn't appear too bad but comparisons with last gen software show Switch in the least favorable light.
Many ported games from last gen look and/or run better on last gen hardware than they do on Switch.
