What constitutes a dead game? How much of a player drop off do we need, how hands-off does a studio have to be before we bury the remains of a game deep in the New Mexican desert? Despite becoming the fast-selling Ubisoft title ever, players dropped off in their droves. But does Ubisoft have a cunning trick up their sleeve?

It has been ten years of the franchise and a celebration is planned.

It's been almost 10 years since we first stepped foot in Ubisoft's extraction shooter, The Division and it looks like the developer will celebrate by giving fans a chance to replay the experience in "definitive edition" form.

from paulsemel.com: In this exclusive Q&A, the author of the new technothriller based on "Tom Clancy's: The Division" discusses how it ties to the games while also bringing its own story to a close.
Paid expansions and new clothes won't bring me back to the game.
I'm not paying any more and I think I changed my appearance once and haven't ever considered doing it again.
I played it for a week, couldn't be arsed with the grind as I'd just come from destiny and still not gone back to it. I've moved on to dark souls 3 and now just waiting for no mans sky. I won't be going back I've learnt my lesson and probably won't bother with Ubisoft games in the foreseeable future.
I might be in the minority but I like the game. It's fun to me and that's what I look for in a game.
I'll only be going back for the additional SP content (got a good deal on game and pass).
