Nate Dragon [Drake] is not really copying anything, just a nice nudge towards a great series, however putting an artwork from different game into yours? That is plagiarism if done without permission.

I thought it was stretch until I looked up the origin of the name Drake ------>

"DRAYK [key] From an English surname derived from the Old Norse given name Draki or the Old English given name Draca both meaning "dragon"

The guys at Massive appear to have had as much fun making the game as I'm playing it. Great game.
