They are actually pretty close.

PS4 isn't going to have the nvidia system anyway,lol.

What I do find funny is the fact they have dropped reflections, not really needed given the fact PS4 has a lot more headroom gpu wise.

Sounds to me like Microsoft has had a parity clause.

What i find funny is when a game is on pc/ps4 and xb1 and the ps4 version has stuff not as good as the pc version is how people blame microsoft as always instead of thinking why couldn't the devs maximise the game for all platforms

Parity clauses are common.

ubi stated they would push each platform.

Other then xbox ones slight dynamic resolution, they are the same.
