Blizzard's latest Diablo 3 console patch 2.4 is understood to cause frame-rate issues not seen in the previous version. The update adds a range of compelling extras, like a new Greyhollow Island area, expanded zones, and a catalogue of tweaks per class and weapon. But reports on the game's official forums suggest performance has taken a serious a hit in the meantime, and controls are now laggier as a consequence - while menus suffer input delays. Also worrying are reports of more frequent in-game crashing.

If they didn't let the cellphone guy touch the 3rd one in first place, they wouldn't have to dance around like clowns trying to make money.
We've been asking for less "boring" seasons... "boring"... not "buggy"... same ol' rehashed content just a different color is not working.
Unnoticeable in the output anyway... much ado about nothing. lowest drop was about 45fps- one. Most dips were 50+ fps. Looks amazing to me.
This information seems completely false to me.
I haven't noticed any drops at all on PS4.
The only changes I've noticed are the huge improvements and additions to the game in 2.4.
