So,in other words, the game is ready to go but Sony is deciding to wait until the end of January to release it in the US and Europe. Maybe Xcom will be announced at Playstation Experience to release this month, that would be nice.

Man I want Xcom on Vita so bad. I've never played a Cod Meier's game, and I plan on buying this when it finally releases.

I really hope this game comes out for consoles as well.

Damn, anyway when is the Xbox release? Civ Rev is still one of my favourite games, & It's because of that, now I play Civ 5.

You can get Civ V with all the expansions for $10. It's pretty much the gold standard for 4x games. It's 5 years old now so you don't need a super new gaming rig or anything to play it.

Halo2ODST23820d ago

Technically it's not an RTS, its a turn-based strategy game, while one of my Fav genres, it's not Real Time Strategy - C&C , Halo Wars, Supreme Commander are RTSs'

Can the Vita ever get a break?

10 Games That are Best on Vita

VGChartz's Adam Cartwright: "Thanks to the timing of the Vita’s release and its relative power compared to the home consoles at the time (PS3 & Xbox 360), it saw the benefit of a number of these late ports which have remained the ‘definitive’ versions to this day. It’s these games that I’m aiming to look at in this article – titles that are best on Vita by virtue of extra bells and whistles, tweaked controls, and content, or in some cases just a general feeling that Sony’s portable hardware is the most enjoyable way to play."

Civ on the go...toilet time would never end

slinky1234563703d ago

Anyone know how it is? I'm interested in it but I know it's a port, so I don't want some watered down mobile version that's now $20.

PSVita continuously proving why it's the best handheld on the market
