Kyn Review | GES

GES Writes: "When it comes to Indie games, I’m always excited to see what smaller development teams can come up with, and Kyn doesn’t disappoint, especially the fact that it was made by (basically) two people. However, that excitement didn’t seem to last long….

Kyn is a tactical action RPG based around 2 Viking warriors, Bram and Alrik who have aspirations of becoming heroes. After completing your trials to become Magni (which you don’t actually play) you find out your town is over run with great disorder and it’s your mission to find the source of this havoc. Along your journey you are able to build a team of up to 6 characters to help you complete your mission."

COG writes: Kyn is an action RPG from Tangrin, a two-man independent game developer based in the Netherlands. This two man team may have had their hands full as the glut of issues dampen an otherwise decent RPG.

Really impressive for just two guys. Maybe with whatever money they get from the launch they can hire a third for a QA department.

Ambitious as all hell, but perhaps they should have tried something more manageable...
