I have already read it cause i buy psm3 but if you havent its a very good read. They sound very excited.

ActionBastard6519d ago

Can't wait for this one. Looks fantastic.

MK_Red6519d ago

Awesome. Glad to see classic skills back but where is "Speech"?

mepsipax6519d ago

Bethesda thought it would be better that there was no dialogue between the characters, so they decided to take all the NPC's out, also they removed the singleplayer and now Fallout 3 is going to be an awesome 32 player online experience in the style of battlefield and team fortress, lol just kidding, although I am curious, and do you think that the protagonist might be voiced? prob not, but still maybe, but one thing I'm wondering Bethesda's claiming the Fallout humour to be in there but I really hope they nailed it, the voice actors better be good and have impeccable timing because IMO fallout humour will only be good as text.

Bestgameever6519d ago (Edited 6519d ago )

Well there were some voiced dialog in Fallout 2 with the humour aswell. I clearly remember Harold (Herold?) in the ghoul city Gecko who went on about the twig that was growing in his skull, epic stuff! :)

Can't wait for this game! The ps3 is in dire need of more cool rpg's!

MK_Red6519d ago

mepsipax, don't forget about the awesome 8 player co-op :)

But seriously, while I agree with Bestgameever on Herold from Gecko, I think that indeed a huge part of charm was that most dialogue was pure text. I really love that Slaver boss in Den or the crazy families in New Reno. Also with only limited characters having voice, the ones with voice over would really shine like the drug making kid from Reno.

Would be nice if they had New Vegas ready as well, especially because of the show.

Hopefully this doesn't have the same performance issues as Oblivion Remastered.

cloganart122d ago

I haven't seen anything on these performance issues? What's been going on?

walken7122d ago

Probably the Unreal Engine issues, I skipped it for that reason.

Snookies12123d ago (Edited 123d ago )

Throw in all the DLC as well, like Oblivion and I'll definitely bite. I recall having one trophy left to unlock on the PS3 version with 100+ hours in my save. When my save file got corrupted, lol. Very sad day.

To be fair though, Bethesda was trash at Playstation ports anyway.

Michiel1989122d ago

all devs sucked at porting to ps3 for the first like 3 years because no one had experience with the cell architecture. Even 1st party took a long while to get proficient with it, the difference between uncharted 1 and 3 is massive for example.

Extermin8or3_122d ago

Oh oh oh I can do this too. GTA 7 will be made at some point in the future. Fallout 5 will enter development in the future too

jznrpg122d ago

Everyone there should know most gamers want New Vegas and Morrowind more than anything.

Christopher122d ago

Which is why we won't get them. Gotta keep floating "support this one and it might happen".

BlaqMagiq1122d ago

Can't wait. Won't have to go back to my PS3 to play this when it comes out.

Fallout 3 remastered on the Nintendo Switch 2 is what we deserve, not the worst Fallout game

Fallout Day's disappointing news that Fallout 4 is coming to Switch 2 is a shame, as this 17-year-old entry is more deserving of a new port.

Why exactly do you think you deserve it??

Phoenix76194d ago

Fallout 4 isn't the worst game in the franchise. It's either Fallout 76 or Fallout BOS that's the worst.

gigoran8194d ago

PC and all other modern consoles never got a remaster of 3, but obviously the switch 2 was the tipping point to make it a reality... ahuh

1nsomniac194d ago

Meh, I thought 3 was garbage. I'm not a great fan of the franchise to be fair. They're like B-Movie films, really shallow and janky. 4 was definitely one of the better ones though.

UltimateOwnage194d ago

So the article makes a snippy entitled statement and acts like that is going to encourage a publisher to give them what they want. Okay.

Give us FO3 with all the dlc remastered like ESO. Load times faster, quality of life improvements, gun play improvements

I believe it shouldn't just be graphical they should make improvements where they can to make the game better. A simple face lift isn't what's needed

ZeekQuattro382d ago

Still my favorite one. I remember getting a digital copy of FO3 when I got FO4(XBO). It was nice to finally play a stable version of the game. Then when I got a Series S it was an even better expierence. Quick resume and FPS boost made it feel like a whole new game. Updated gunplay would be very welcome though. One of the few things FO4 did better.
