
In order to share your library of steam games, You must now authorize both the machines and accounts you want to share games with.
Previously, you just needed to authorize another computer that would allow it to access your steam library.Now, a friend or family you wish to share with needs an authorized computer but also a specific, authorized Steam account. You may authorize up to 10 computers and 10 accounts that share your library at any given time.

Wow.. never expected anyone to do something like that. I would think it would hurt the bottom line, but then again... steam is just awesome.
This is pretty much what MS was going to do. Unfortunately the console community isn't willing to accept so drastic a change as the DRM MS was trying to implement on the consumers. Even I hated it only because I love Gamefly and would never want to see that go.
