In the early 1990s we would often go to our friend’s house to play Scorched Tanks on the Amiga; the plethora of weapons available and the competitive nature of the game as you honed in your shots with each turn was addictive. Imagine our joy when Team 17 released a game combining all of that with cartoon worms. It’s been 18 years since then and Worms Revolution Extreme has just been released for the Playstation Vita, but does the formula still add up?
Europe's getting a new PlayStation Vita Mega Pack on November 19. Called the "Heroes Mega Pack," players can pick up a console or memory card bundle complete with a voucher code for five games: Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter, LocoRoco, Lemmings Touch, and Worms Revolution Extreme.

With an extensive single-player campaign that contains 47 missions and 25 puzzles to complete, Worms Revolution Extreme provides a robust gameplay experience that far exceeds its Playstation 3 predecessor.
The game starts with an eight level tutorial that introduces the player to the controls and intricacies of combat. Each tutorial is designed to play like a standard level, but with basic objectives to complete. The first couple of levels explain how to use weapons and hazards like explosive canisters to your advantage.
