ENE3: "We talked with a programmer at DICE Stockholm, who has worked in the ports of Battlefield 3 for Xbox 360 and PS3, and is currently working on the game adaptation of the new PS4 and Xbox One."

DICE is quickly banning cheaters in the Battlefield 6 beta, with a developer confirming that they are aware of the hacks.
They need to add an option for crossplay with other console players only. Otherwise I’ll definitely deactivating crossplay altogether. These cheaters on PC are already ruining this game and it’s still a few months from general release.
Developers should find a way that if they detect your cheating in a game, have it so none of your shots register against other players, you can't kill anyone. Bascially, you would be useless in that game LOL.

Halo veteran Marcus Lehto's studio, Ridgeline, will now be joined by DICE on the project.

Cheaters & hackers have been causing grief on Battlefield 1, Hardline & BF4 servers, with nonstop DDoS attacks among other things. Unfortunately, EA has remained silent about it.
if this happened in 2042, they'd have something to say. which is weird, considering battlefield 1 has more players on steam right now.
Its so obvious that EA is doing this or hired ppl to mess up the games so that we’d be forced to have just 1 Battlefield working.
Honestly it’s probably the devs themselves. They did an update to bf4 way back that kinda made assault rifles doo doo in hopes that people would flock to BF1 cuz BF4 was too perfect
Metro, 64 players, 60fps...
*gargle*
1: That DICE would consider making a 1943-type Battlefield game again. No unlocks. No 'perks'. No customizable load-outs. Just amazing gameplay on fantastic maps, where everyone is 'equal'. I really loved that 'basic' kind of Conquest gameplay, where it's just you and 23 others, and the only thing that matters is your skill and having fun.
2: That they would develop a new Rally game, considering their Rallisport Challenge 2 was amazing.
its good to read that the open beta is just a litte better than the E3 build, and that the game is actually MUCH more developed at the moment at the studio...
