3 Star Wars Games EA Should Start Working On

For better or worse, Electronic Arts will be publishing all core Star Wars games for the foreseeable future.

Whether you love or hate the publisher, Star Wars gaming is officially in their hands and it's time to stop whining that EA has control over this beloved franchise and start whining about the games that they should be working on with their new license.

The Star Wars universe has a long history in the gaming industry, with a handful of gems and a few games that we'd all like to forget ever happened.

If you're reading this, EA, these are some games that the gaming community would really like you to start working on.

What about the Star Wars 1313 game that was being worked on? Was that not part of the EA deal?

Also, if The Force Unleashed III gets made, it better be leaps and bounds better than the first two, which were mediocre at best.

Also, KOTOR 3, I said it. :P

They should really just release all of the stories from The Old Republic on one blu-ray disc. Allow pop-in pop-out online for world bosses and keep the legacy system.

I would pay 60.00 for it.

Well I have a feeling they are going to be working on the following.
Dice-A Star Wars themed shooter, wont be Battlefront 3, but a FPS on Frostbite 3.

Visceral-Star Wars 1313, but they'll scrap everything already made and change it to Frostbite 3.

Bioware-Obvious because this is the team that made KOTOR originally, probably going to finally get a KOTOR 3.

Knights 3
Jedi knight 3/4
Battlefront 3

1313 was basically Uncharted in the star wars universe/

It would be pretty awesome to see a remake of Kyle Katarn's story using The Force Unleashed engine.

The thing I want most however out of Star Wars is to simply make both KOTOR games available for purchase on Xbox Live.

Battlefront 3: DICE
KOTOR: Bioware
Rogue Squadron: Namco/Ace Combat

A lot of money that EA will win with this franchise !

When logic meets EA it generates anti-matter ..... so try not to apply it in any meaningful way. Entropy is what matters in there !!

cue the apologist saying that these are mostly just contractors hired for this specific project bla bla bla

The community warned them this would happen but nope they knew better they continued with the live service push the made the art style cartoonish and this is the result

It's always so bizarre when studios announce something super early in development under the suggestion of forming the game to player feedback, and then they push against all feedback heading straight for the cliff while everyone is warning them along the way

US Lawmakers Urge Review Of EA Sale

The Congressional Labor Caucus sent a letter to the FTC warning the debt-financed, largely PIF-owned deal could be bad news for workers

lol ya think? they're sending all that work to the cheaper labor market as soon as possible. and FYI, that labor market has exploded in the last 5-10 years. They have enough people to replace every single job. But honestly, EA is over filled with useless upper management as it is. You could probably trim 25% of their staff with no real loss in production. They aren't gamers, they're business execs. Just look at how many AI related jobs they're already starting to post. Its also hilarious that PIF owns Battle field 6

Wait,

The same congress that attacked Lina Khan when she fought the Microsoft Activision purchase.
The same congress that allowed Disney to buy 90% of Fox
The same congress that allowed Liv Golf to buy the PGA
The same congress that sits back while Paramount tries a hostile takeover despite losing the bid for Warner Bros.

NOW, the suddenly cares about doing what's "right" for works? Yeah, right.

No. There were elections and some of the scum were replaced.

Different elections. Different scum. Same results.

i know its a long shot, but i hope this gets shot down.

EA now owned by The Saudis and Ubisoft to inevitably be owned by China. In hindsight, once EA and Ubisoft started having their financial woes, they should have pulled a Koei Tecmo/Bandai Namco by merging their operations into one.
