blackjack as in a gambling game which leads to its a gamble every time you turn your precious 360 on that it wont RRoD on you or scratch the living hell out of your $60 dollar game or your $50 subscription to xbl wont be wasted cause live is down or disc reading errors or overheating.... Your blind alliegence to a company that is robbing you sensless baffles me. I get essentially the same capabilities for free. True live has a couple of features not on psn but the fact that you have to pay to access said features seriously limits access to those features. I personally dont want to pay 50 bucks to have my friend interupt me in the middle of cod4 while im communicating with my teamates, or to have my music play over the sound effects and music of a game that I paid for. Excuse me for being logical but that subscription fee is really hard to reason....

When dev's program for 360 they program for the graphics processing to be completely done on the GPU, while the processor just processes the physics, ai, etc. On the PS3 it's programmed to do both. The 360's GPU is more powerful than the RSX, but when the RSX is combined with the cell it most definitely is not. Most multi games are programmed to run on 2 cores with some graphics processing and ai, physics etc, and the rest of the graphics processing is done with the RSX. That way the 360 can run it. Not saying the 360 cant run the game because the 360 = "teh sux" or anything, saying that because the 360s processor cant do graphics processing. I really don't feel like going into detail. Both consoles are great, but the PS3 is more powerful when programmed properly. And the exclusive devs aren't even getting close to the full power of the PS3. The way the games graphics look at their best is the best they will be, just because one console has better hardware doesn't always mean the graphics are automatically better. If I play a great older game (not necessarily old-skool) like Empire Earth - Art of Conquest on an nVidia 8800, vista pc custom built... the works, it will not look like a next-gen game, it will look the same on a much older PC. The game will look best the creators made it to be.

This game looks completely equal on both consoles, the PS3 has motion blurring but thats about it. Except, it's definitely not worth a 5gb 20minute install either. Still images can't do a game justice, and I don't trust the online comparisons either. My cousin came over with his 360 over xmas break and he got the orange box for 360, and i got it on PS3. I have 2 HDTV's in my room, one is my brothers and one is mine, bro was gone.. anyways... My cousin used the other HDTV and we put them right next to each other, we saw no difference, but the loading times were extremely terrible on PS3. We went to best buy the next day and got Assassins Creed. Came home, again no difference.

When PS3's big hitters come out and are able to be compared, we will be able to see if the PS3's hardware truly is more powerful. For now both are equal(and for now 360 has better online, cant wait till home >:D) and we should just be gamers and stop being fanboys.... and play the games on any console, and not bash the other!!

its hard to listen to somebody who doesnt even have his gamer tags listed. as far as I'm concerned they dont even have the game or the systems!! now... I have played both demos, I bought the game for my 360, the games are 98% identical but the 360 does have better textures, an this isnt something I read or heard or watched on the Internet, I saw with my own eyes on MY sony HDTV. as far as the load times the game doesnt really load long at all. the longest load i experienced was about 3 1\2 seconds the rest was pretty quick. nothing to complain about I can tell you that. now what about the load times on motorstorm when your trying to select a vehicle, it takes a good 4-5 seconds between selections, which is no big deal but yet they try an make the 2-3 second load time on the 360 version of DMC4 seem like a big deal!! go figure!!

gnothe1 you really dont get it. Point of all of this is that they are far to close to call. Its not like in the last gen where the power of the xbox was obviously higher then that of the ps2. 3rd party companies have nothing to gain by investing more into one version in order to make it superior to the other. You can see just how vanilla cross platform games are compared to console exclusives. This is the exact reason these comparissons are completely irrelevant, you simply cant compare exclusives which are in turn programed to take full advantage of its respective console. One could argue that uncharted is the best looking game of this gen while others will say that the honor belongs to gears. Its all subjective because both consoles are pushing graphical boundaries so there is no precedent to judge these games against. Conclusion being these comparisons and ensuing arguements are just a big waste of space and energy..... good day

It upsets me to see you have disagrees when it is clear. In motion both games look pretty much the same and if you like the game then who gives a crap.
