A while back, a company called French-Bread made a fighting game called Melty Blood based off the Type-Moon project's Tsukihime series of anime and manga. Tsukihime was a story about a schoolboy and his interactions with vampires and the occult, which pretty much culminated in your standard slice of life school romance story, only with a lot more death thrown in the middle.
Aksys Games are localizing Under Night In-Birth for release in North America.
Arc System Works have published the official opening movie for the Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late PS3 game.
Just over a year ago, indie fighter Under Night In-Birth hit arcade stands in Japan. Now, and updated version of the game is available with adjustments made to make the game more approachable for newcomers.
Slight Blazblue look to it, hopefully it comes to consoles and soon. I love 2D fighters, especially when they're high-quality anime sprites like these.

This game is so cool. Been watching in since it was just a concept. For the love of God put it on a console so I can marathon it!
