At the risk of asking other, more insane questions, let’s try and answer that one, shall we? For me, it’s been a good few years. I think the last time I heard anything regarding DirectX of any sort, it was a discussion on DirectX 11 and the advent of tessellation in graphics way back at the launch of Windows 7. The official launch, you pirates.
People talked about how tessellation is the future of digitally rendered graphics and the Unigine engine was the best form of display for the new technology.
Now a good few years later, does anyone other than the PC modding crowd care any more? "

Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

Thanks to the slip-up of an artist working on the title, we now have more evidence that a new Injustice game is in the works.

Spiders: "We're going to cut straight to the chase so you're not left wondering: After a long period without clear answers, we have received confirmation that Spiders is being liquidated.
What does it mean? This means the company as a whole no longer exists. We'll cease our functions immediately. The planned DLC will release via Nacon, and then-- well, that's it.
We're sorry that it's come to this and would like to thank each and every one of you for your support over the years.
If you have any questions or run into issues with your games, please contact Nacon directly as we'll no longer be able to reply."
lol I get reported for bad language, because I quote something out of the article.
OpenGL needs to be more enticing for developers as it used to be back in the 90s and the very early 2000s. Im not too sure why there was a huge shift to DX since OpenGL was pretty well supported back in the day and it was the API i used for CS and Half Life due to its better performance.
But I hope OpenGL gets more support so Linux can be a viable gaming OS! I know you can use Wine but the performance isnt great!
