This has to be one of the most stupid articles I have ever read on N4G.

The dev says next year their not going to reinvent a new PLAYER IMPACT ENGINE not the whole game! Way to twist his words into a hit fishing title. Also next year? when was this quoted 2011? Nice scoop a year later when the game is 20 days from release.

Also offcourse their not going to reinvent it their going to build on it.

"So, perhaps these details might give you some reasons not to buy FIFA 13 now that you already owned FIFA 12?"

LOL with all due respect author, how are you a journalist? You sound like a troll probably a bitter PES fanboy.

I used 2 be a pes fan but only on the ps2, it's not that it's crap it jus feels like the ps3 versions of pes are stuck in the ps2 era, and thats why I play fifa this gen and probably will next gen. the sad truth is pes has nothing new to offer that it didnt already have on the ps2 konami NEED to pull there fingers out because fifa is miles ahead.

well their supposeably using the fox engine for next gen pes so maybe they'll get their act together. everyone was a pes fanboy in the ps2 era lol i want them fo release a good pes but ifeel let down by them this gen

Not all outdated football games are worthless

Games Asylum: "Outdated football games are a common sight when scouring jumble sales, car boots and charity shops for bargain price video games. Entire shelves filled with decade-old FIFA and PES games spread across a dozen formats. Often they end up in bargain bins, sitting alongside unwanted celebrity fitness DVDs and seemingly random TV show box sets. But here’s the thing. Not all football games gathering dust in the likes of Oxfam are in fact worthless."

Now Sonic Boom & Bayonetta 2 are being outsold by FIFA 13 Wii U

Just who is buying FIFA 13 on Wii U? We may never know, but there are more people buying that than there are Bayonetta 2 and Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric.

Sonic Boom? welp, sucks to suck.
But, Bayonetta is a real shame

wonderfulmonkeyman4181d ago

Sonic Boom is riding off the popularity of the TV show; it's a bad game.

And as for FIFA?
Well, guess that goes to show that there's a lot of older gamers on Wii U that wanted FIFA, then; sports games generally do out-sell action games, and Platinum isn't known for large sales in the first place.

I'm not worried for Bayonetta. It'll hit that 1M mark by the middle of next year, surely, at its current pace.

are seriously trying to downplay Bayonetta 2 with sales
