The highly-anticipated documentary for the Extended Cut DLC is finally here! Sequel to The Indoctrination Theory - A Documentary and The Indoctrination Theory - A Documentary | Part 2.

EA is laying off an unknown number of individuals from across its Battlefield teams, including workers at Criterion, Dice, Ripple Effect, and Motive Studios, IGN understands.
When logic meets EA it generates anti-matter ..... so try not to apply it in any meaningful way. Entropy is what matters in there !!
cue the apologist saying that these are mostly just contractors hired for this specific project bla bla bla

The free-to-play reboot topped 15 million players in under three weeks, but EA now claims it needs to reshape the development team.
The community warned them this would happen but nope they knew better they continued with the live service push the made the art style cartoonish and this is the result

The Congressional Labor Caucus sent a letter to the FTC warning the debt-financed, largely PIF-owned deal could be bad news for workers
lol ya think? they're sending all that work to the cheaper labor market as soon as possible. and FYI, that labor market has exploded in the last 5-10 years. They have enough people to replace every single job. But honestly, EA is over filled with useless upper management as it is. You could probably trim 25% of their staff with no real loss in production. They aren't gamers, they're business execs. Just look at how many AI related jobs they're already starting to post. Its also hilarious that PIF owns Battle field 6
Wait,
The same congress that attacked Lina Khan when she fought the Microsoft Activision purchase.
The same congress that allowed Disney to buy 90% of Fox
The same congress that allowed Liv Golf to buy the PGA
The same congress that sits back while Paramount tries a hostile takeover despite losing the bid for Warner Bros.
NOW, the suddenly cares about doing what's "right" for works? Yeah, right.
EA now owned by The Saudis and Ubisoft to inevitably be owned by China. In hindsight, once EA and Ubisoft started having their financial woes, they should have pulled a Koei Tecmo/Bandai Namco by merging their operations into one.
Awesome. Thanks for sharing
you know what, there's too much stupid complaints about the endings.
Bioware already said that they're going to continue the universe, so what difference is it going to make when they set the next game hundreds or thousands of years later?
whatever when down in the next game it'll mention your involvement on stopping the reapers. now you make a new character and you meet new people and aliens, and you become the hero of that story.
Hmmm... watched that a month ago. If I knew it hadn't already been submitted to N4G, I would have done so myself after watching it.
I thought his first/second video were better.
He spent too much time on Anderson appearing and disappearing in the room. That happens in games all the time when you cross a magic threshold, though I guess they normally don’t disappear again when you back out but still it’s not that unusual.
Also, reusing character models is not unusual so I cannot give the "coats dead on the Citadel" my belief. I do think that the game developers can be that lazy. After all the entire original ending screamed lazy.
I always, myself, thought the Keepers were an enslaved version of the original race that created the Citadel and the Reapers. It had previously occurred to me that only some insane power mongering person\group of people of a race would have thought "ascending" all life would be a good idea and that there would be a 'resistance'. Maybe the people who resisted were not considered excellent enough to "ascend" so they were enslaved not unlike the Reapers have done with species after species.
I don’t see how the "child" being a reaper was ever in doubt. It’s either an actual reaper or the control for the reapers and thus a reaper. Why anyone assumes it would tell you the truth is beyond my understanding. This is a member of or control for the species that thinks dissecting aliens and mashing them together into Frankenstein monsters slaves is a good idea.
The "new" choice was a little infant fit thrown by the writer, taking his toys and going home. It makes me have even less respect for him then his "I'm a kewl art..eest" stance of his bad writing.
Whatever, I didn't download\buy any of the DLC and really don't have a desire to (at the moment Mass Effect 3 ending lives in the same place as seasons 9-10 of Stargate SG-1...neither really fit in their respective originally created universes and tend to be quite insulting to many of the original fans.)
This video was good in educating me how they resolved the magically teleporting teammates.....too bad they didn't have the presence of mind to add that to the original ending before shipping, it could have maybe made people forgive a lot. Though the stupid child\change-in-plot at the end still would have been an issue (and it’s hard to believe they will leave that in for any “movie” they do).
And the Coats thing. Yeah I didn't even remember who Coats was when he was brought up in this video. Him being prominent in the ending montages would be just as annoying as DLC boy being one of 3 teammates whose "fate" I got to find out about in my ending...even though I didn't care about him. (I do not, however, have any issues with the concept of the montage itself. Again, if they had put it in the original ending, it could have lessened the sense of nothingness...maybe I would have forgiven or forgot the stupid starchild\crap plot and even bought DLC.)
Ultimately this video just proves the power of HOPE within the human species. (Just like all the people saying their teams going to the Superbowl this year). At the end of the day ME 3 ending will just fizzle out and the ME Universe will go in another direction on the next game and everyone will forget about it (except when creating their epic fail list in a few years).
*I do agree with the majority of his ending comments though I have no hate for EA. I just will no longer consider Bioware games as slam dunks. I will be especially weary in buying Bioware games especially ones with a specific "artist" associated with them (though for reference I thought DA2 ending was nearly as bad and plot-hole ridden as ME3).
Desperation theorists still think this is real?
Edit - Watched the first 10 minutes and I've gotta say it's really just stunning the level of desperation and delusion these people are displaying. It was sad that they kept continuing on with this nonsense after the EC came out. Now it's just pathetic.
