September 4th? PS3? YEAHHHHHHHH

Emilio_Estevez5027d ago (Edited 5027d ago )

or gameshare with someone who does :)

Finally! CQ was god awful, can't wait for something I'll actually play

PygmelionHunter5027d ago

@Emilio_Estevez

Actually, I disagree to an extent, Gun Master is really, really fun, but everything else felt like I was playing Call of Duty...

Rainstorm815027d ago

@PygmelionHunter

I think that was the point to have a few COD-esque maps just to add to the variety. Even though i know alot of people who dont really like those mapd, i thought they were a nice change of pace

chriski3335027d ago

hmmmmmmm well thats cool ps3 plus premium sept 4th sounds good !

AO1JMM5027d ago

PS3 players can deal with the crappy launch of the DLC 1st lol

Freddy_Millz15027d ago

Close quarters had a pretty decent launch, but u may be right. I'll have a blast, bugs and all and let u know in full detail how much im loving it.

Be patient dude.

AO1JMM5027d ago

I have premium so it is only a lousy week exclusive anyways. Lmao @ the disagree with my other post. It wasnt meant to be taken serious which is why there is an LOL at the end.

PygmelionHunter5027d ago

The "lol" didn't help, I would actually say it lit up the fire even more, I know what you mean but, I'm just trying to explain the disagrees.

dkgshiz5027d ago

At least this dlc looks decent. Close Quarters was god awful and it just screamed "COD" I took a 1 1/2 month hiatus from this game but looks like I'm heading back quite soon.

big maps, 24 players, hmm I don't know.

When logic meets EA it generates anti-matter ..... so try not to apply it in any meaningful way. Entropy is what matters in there !!

badz14980d ago

cue the apologist saying that these are mostly just contractors hired for this specific project bla bla bla

The community warned them this would happen but nope they knew better they continued with the live service push the made the art style cartoonish and this is the result

isarai_lee92d ago

It's always so bizarre when studios announce something super early in development under the suggestion of forming the game to player feedback, and then they push against all feedback heading straight for the cliff while everyone is warning them along the way

US Lawmakers Urge Review Of EA Sale

The Congressional Labor Caucus sent a letter to the FTC warning the debt-financed, largely PIF-owned deal could be bad news for workers

lol ya think? they're sending all that work to the cheaper labor market as soon as possible. and FYI, that labor market has exploded in the last 5-10 years. They have enough people to replace every single job. But honestly, EA is over filled with useless upper management as it is. You could probably trim 25% of their staff with no real loss in production. They aren't gamers, they're business execs. Just look at how many AI related jobs they're already starting to post. Its also hilarious that PIF owns Battle field 6

Wait,

The same congress that attacked Lina Khan when she fought the Microsoft Activision purchase.
The same congress that allowed Disney to buy 90% of Fox
The same congress that allowed Liv Golf to buy the PGA
The same congress that sits back while Paramount tries a hostile takeover despite losing the bid for Warner Bros.

NOW, the suddenly cares about doing what's "right" for works? Yeah, right.

No. There were elections and some of the scum were replaced.

TheColbertinator126d ago

Different elections. Different scum. Same results.

rlow1127d ago

i know its a long shot, but i hope this gets shot down.

EA now owned by The Saudis and Ubisoft to inevitably be owned by China. In hindsight, once EA and Ubisoft started having their financial woes, they should have pulled a Koei Tecmo/Bandai Namco by merging their operations into one.
