Tim Sycamore's debut game 'AppleJack' was one of my favourite games of 2010, and remains one of the most polished and endearing titles on the Xbox Live Indie Games service. In a week or two it'll be followed by a sequel, and Tim was kind enough to answer my questions about its development.
