Countdown to E3 - Hitman: Absolution | OnlySP

The Hitman series, while never being a household name, has proven to provide consistent quality in its unique gameplay. Developed by IO Interactive, titles in the series are known for their open-ended gameplay that allows the player to assassinate a particular target in whatever way they want. It’s been 6 years since the last entry in the franchise, a considerable amount of time for any series. That’s why IO Interactive’s upcoming sequel Hitman: Absolution is a welcome return, and one that looks to bring players back to the dark world of Agent 47.

You mean destroyed it with this tethered single-player campaign BS... And only the first few levels of the third modern game were on the disc! I'll never support this crap at any price-point! They've lost me as a customer.

Hitman is, and has been, a remarkable series developed by some of the best. Some are better than others, but every Hitman is challenging and fun.

Sure, there have been some stumbles and fumbles, but always in pursuit of the perfect Hitman game. The most recent trilogy is a masterclass in level design.
