What’s wrong with the save function? You go to a check point and save its pretty simple stuff . Not all game will fast travel you everywhere and have you save out the blue . Even in resident evil you need a typewriter.

Not everything needs to treat gamers like children. I mean I guess it's a natural progression from no saves to memory cards and save points, to finite saves to frequent auto saves and the expectation is there... But I'm fine with letting developers cook and do something different. Like Demon's Souls, which made men out of many of us. Not only did dying take your souls, it shortened your health bar and blackened world tendency which is pure madness. And the fun thing is every death and enemy killed saved anyway 🤣

Totally get that not everyone is a masochist, but it's part of the game's design. You can call it inconvenient by modern standards, but I personally appreciate that kind of throwback.

GameStop only took in pre order copies which were limited but if you go to a normal store like Walmart / Best Buy you might find some . I was working on the day of release so I had given them a call prior to make sure they had some in stock and they all said they did not . I Ended up sending my friend to Best Buy on release date and guess what they had a bunch 😭. The new glitch is doing the opposite of the masses . If everybody is running to GameStop / eb games go to Costco Walmart Best Buy and other retail shops that don’t only do gaming .
