The Division Resurgence isn't just a port, but a full-on standalone experience that Ubisoft is optimizing for as many iOS and Android devices as possible.

Ubisoft's Fabrice Navrez dives into The Division Resurgence's shared open-world action in Pocket Tactics' recent chat about the new mobile shooter.
The Division is one of those games that I enjoyed for awhile but throughout my playthrough all I could think of was "I wish this wasn't The Division". It got tiresome killing human bullet sponge gang members. It just simply made no sense. I wish it had been more sci-fi aliens or something that would have made more sense. It would have made for more game play variety as well. The gameplay loop got old very fast. I loved the world setting, the atmosphere and gameplay though.
Was so hyped for a new Division game until I saw it was mobile. Should have made a proper title and not just a phone game cash grab

Ubisoft brings its looter shooter antics to iOS and Android with The Division Resurgence, a fantastic entry that shifts the series to MMO-style action.

In The Division 10th Anniversary showcase, Ubisoft confirms The Division Resurgence release date for iOS and Android, with free rewards to claim.
Trash game. I played the beta. Its so unnecessarily cluttered with ridiculous challenges and petty rewards. This mobile game is the result of Division: Heartland being DoA. I called this in the Discord. All the scrubs were hollering and hootin' up a storm about how good it was gonna be, lol. Remember, Ubisoft sells XP boosters in SP games with tons of fluff. Thats all this mobile game is.
