Mouse: P.I. For Hire Review - IGN

Mouse: P.I. for Hire is an amusing enough FPS if you just want to blast some cartoon mice and not think about it too hard, but its haphazard marriage of noir storytelling and boomer shooter action are at odds in uncomfortable ways that weaken both aspects.

By far the lowest score I've seen yet. I saw Mortismal Gaming do a review on YouTube and it really got me interested.

IGN sucks, dont take their word for it. there are so many games that they gave low scores that REAL GAMERS love.. this game is no exception.

does anyone even care about what IGN has to say anymore?? 😂

Does anyone actually trust IGN anymore? Thesre are the people that gave Veilguard a 9 out of 10, saying it has an amazing, relatable story, and some of the best boss fights they have seen.
As somoene that beat the game because I LOVE Dragon Age, it was by far the weakest entry in the series. Thankfully I only spent $10 on it a few months after it released.

Here, look at this boss fight and tell me its good. IGN says this is better than most other boss fights they have encountered. https://www.youtube.com/wat...
Apparently doing the same exact thing 3 times for 15 miniutes is what is considered a good boss fight now.

As for Mouse: P.I. For Hire, I enjoyed it. I can honestly tell you I enjoyed it much more than the 9 that is Dragon Age: Veilguard. I would say it is a solid 8/10, where as Veilguard is a mediocre 5/10.

Mouse: P.I. For Hire Review - Rodent Noir ~ Gamespot

Gamespot : Mouse: P.I. For Hire's cartoon world, hand-drawn to recreate the rubber hose aesthetic of classic cartoons, is the star of the show, but its absurd combat is none too shabby either.
