Capcom has released a three-minute overview trailer for Onimusha: Way of the Sword, as well as teased that it will “share more information in the coming days.”

Their japan channel. No subs though. But yeah, sounds better and the facial/mouth movements obviously fit much better.
I don't know if it's the English that is off-putting or weird, or what Fishy Fingers stated, I personally think it's the accents, maybe using Asian sounding accents/voices would have seemed more natural. I'd still buy it, but I think I'll go with JP dub/EN sub myself when I play through it.
