It would definately be a system seller and an intelligent move from valve. I for one can live without a new Half Life though ...I'll buy the steam box nonetheless some day.
I tried it out today but unfortunately was not impressed. Didn't play the series for a long time and after playing games like Ni No Kuni and countless RPG's, I don't think that it deserves this huge success.
I'm sure it is. I'll definately check out the demo, I think all those videos don't do the game justice.

Why would a launch trailer have the release date shown in it? Launch trailers are usually being released at ...launch.
Also, I don't think most of these CoD leaks are in fact "leaks". I'd rather think that most of the time, this is subtle but intelligent PR by Activision. Leaks always sound more interesting and emotional than normal news so people are curious what's it about. And a couple of days later, you can release it officially and get some buzz again ...lam...
I hope this is true ...can't wait to see on my own TV what Sucker Punch achieved with the new hardware, this game truly looks next-gen.

What is wrong with you? This is an open world puzzle game with a very unique feel to it that is mainly coming from the artstyle and the choices the world gives you. This gen might have the power to run this game but certainly not with this visual quality.

I guess I really have to skip BF4 then - I don't want a rushed port and KZ:SF is enough FPS for me. I also dislike the business model DICE started with BF3 on consoles ...too many mappacks & annoying private servers just ruin it for me ...even if the game itself looks good.

Day1 for me, I love these different approaches to game design. And the world is just gorgeous, can't wait to see what developers'll do with the PS4.
