Probably because you could list 50 and more games and this list is only 5 games long.
I will only buy it for one platform anyway. If they would add cross-buy, people had wayy more reason to buy it so it would be the best they can do. I'm very careful with game purchases since my backlog is alteady huge but a good game with cross-buy is a no-brainer. Dragon's Crown for example has really caught my interest but I held off on buying it because it came without cross buy (and I can't decide on which platform I want to play it on)
rocket science stuff!!
Probably Killzone for PS4, Dead Rising for Xbox. Looking forward to playing KZ:SF Multiplayer on launch day :D
It will be a red square now to match the shape of the console so a ring is pretty much impossible :D
Are there any 3rd parties that could support Atlus enough? Sega would be a joke, I'm still hoping for Sony, I want to see some RPG greatness for PS4.
I know exactly how the author feels. It's a shame that you can buy everything but time.
What makes you think that an inferior console and mandatory Kinect (which most couldn't care less about) justify a 100$ higher price point? lol
It almost looks too good to be true. If this is really direct-feed Vita gameplay it shows that the potential for this device is still to be unfold. You could sell that as a PS3 game and people wouldn't notice, it looks better than the PS3 launch lineup and certainly better than every other PS Vita game.
I hate the term "business models". In fact, I hate the term "Publisher" by now. Those companies are the ones eliminating the creativity in this industry with their profit-focused approach on game development. And as a lot of publishers these days attest, it's not helping them either. I mean, who thinks good about companies like Capcom, Namco, Square, Activision or EA these days? All of them failed the gaming community more or less with their new "business models&q...
A cloud gaming service from EA? Since Origin I'm not touching any service they offer and that won't change with this effort.
Except of BluRay, Playstation+ and Exclusives I don't agree. Move is a thing of it's own, it has lots of potential (like the Vita) but it's not used right by the software teams. But I understand Sony, they have to support their biggest horses (PS3&PS4) to regain the strength they once had, as soon as this job is done I'm sure they'll focus on the other hardware a bit more again.
It's not priced too high, the tech justifies this price point. This is a console for those who want a full fledged gaming experience on a handheld and it's idiotic to compare it with Apple devices.
The problem is just, those full fledged gaming experiences are pretty much missing at this point and it's Sonys job to fix that problem. Once we have some killer IP's and exclusives, people will want to have a Vita.
Exactly. The hardware is great, it just needs more support from developers and community. It's missing those "must-have" exclusives at the moment while the 3DS gets Pokemon, Fire Emblem, Mario and Zelda. I still bought it recently, primary for the PS4 interconnectivity, secondary to support it and only tertiary for the games.
This. Another Jak would be awesome but I don't want Naughty Dogs talent wasted on this. There is not enough room for improvement and innovation with a new Jak%Daxter game, so I hope that Naughty Dog keeps trying out new things while other, smaller studios could work on franchises like Jak&Daxter.
At the moment, I even feel the same for God Of War despite being a HUGE fan of the series. I want Santa Monica to show what they are truly capable off, not just make a new Go...
This company needs to die and he's the perfect person to finish the job ^.^
^At the people who plan to buy both or even all three consoles, do you really have the time to make that investment worth it?
I am unable to cope with all the games I have available, my backlog is about 30 games big in total (PC&PS3) and it just gets bigger. I could never ever afford the time to play all those games and I'm at a point where it's not worth buying new games anymore. So from my point of view, owning only the best console makes sense and I can be a "real&...
What? Cars? And why do you compare it to GTA?
lol I remember pointing this out on an older trailer and getting lots of disagrees. If I should get this game then it'll be the PS4 version.
You have to be spare with both to make that work :D
