Bots would be so smart these days if all developers would include them in their games ...but since noone is bothering with it, noone feels the need for improving them. Killzone always had bots so that's a plus ...in fact they are pretty good, but still not perfect. (or "human-like", for that matter)
Yeah they really are ...unlike most human players they at least go for the mission objectives lol
That's a CoD exclusive feature.
Unreal Tournament had "godlike" bots in 1999 that were better than 90% of real players ...without the cloud.

I love shooters with bots. Played so many matches against bots in Unreal Tournament, I think they should be in every FPS nowadays.

The funny thing is, even with inferior hardware Sony's first party would outshine Microsoft. Now they have superior hardware coupled with a much simpler architecture that'll result in shorter development times which means the gap in quality and quantity of exclusive titles will be even bigger than this gen.
He shouldn't have to explain this in the first place. People complaining about this character model probably haven't played MGS before ...and exactly those are the same that prevent games from being accepted as art.

I think that people overestimated Microsoft after this gen. Microsoft can't compete with Sony in terms of games or gaming consoles, Microsoft is a software company that got very lucky after Sony screwed up the PS3 launch and lost all of it's PS2 momentum. That momentum quickly came back after PS4's unveiling and just grew bigger and bigger until now - where it's even surpassing expectations thanks to M$ screwing it up this time. You're getting The Last Of Us AND GTA5 ...those are probably the best games of the decade in terms of quality ...TLOU was so good that I'm still not sure whether GTA can take the GOTY crown, so it's not only about GTA.

Do you honestly see Ryse, Killer Instinct and Dead Rising as a advantage? You might want to read some previews about them ...Forza on the other hand looks stellar, but that's about it.
