Well considering this game was originally an playstation 3 exclusive that has been in works long enough for them to take advantage of playstation 3's extra performance before they started working on it for 360 so it's easy to see why it will be the better version of the two just look at other games like final fantasy 13 for example.
The original team that worked on the socom games on playstation 2 worked on socom 4 & if you liked the past socom games on playstation 2 then you should at least rent this one or try out the demo first before you knock it.
im pretty certain it will be up this week mean while i will just play offline & finish up games i still haven't finished up yet.Seriously i buy more games per month then i can keep up with in an entire year lmfao!
