No it's not hard for most multi plat game studios to develop games for playstation 3's hardware get you facts straight & keep up with times kid!
Sorry to brake it to you but multi plats weren't always better on 360 just look at dragon age origins for example the 360 port took the large graphics hit out of two consoles & PS3's port took less of a graphics hit & this was bioware's first time developing on PS3's hardware.

I want playstation move support in this game after all it dose work extremely well in core games & i bought playstation move for the sole purpose of playing core games such as shooters with playstation move!

Actually there is a lot of intensive physics calculations going on simultaneously all at once on screen from the navigation of the tennises ball to the skeletal body movements of the players on screen!
@MasterCornholio you gotta look at it from a financial business & economic point of view because after all it takes money to make money & if their losing large sums of money then their gonna tighten the budgets & work schedules to protect their own investments it's common business knowledge!

Also the developer team working on skyrim can scale the game's resolution at native 1080p on PS3 they don't have to upscaled the game's resolution & or run the games resolution in sub hd that's entirely the developers choice.I mean the the developer team working on skyrim can be polish the visuals more without sacrificing anything to match the higher resolution because there's plenty of flexibility,performance & capabilities on PS3's hardware to get the job don...
Well they could of ran skyrim at 60fps on the consoles just look at rage on the consoles it runs at 60fps without any performance hitches.
it would be awesome if rage had features & community support like epic games unreal tournament 3 which i still own on PS3 it's awesome how you can port mods,mutators ect.. to PS3 & i wish more games did it on consoles.
