I wanted VC for so long, but couldn't make the room for another game no matter how badly I wanted to pick up an RPG again....
but when I found out that gamestop had it for $30....I picked it up immediately...and I mean someone told me what the price was....I typed "brb" and 15 minutes later I have the game and start playing....
the game is great and I don't think that any RPG in this generation has yet to match it....but that title reign could soon be over... ...

the game offers things that I've seen in other games...
it's open world like a GTA game, the elctricity reminds me of The Force: Unleashed...then having the ability to climb anything reminds me of Assassins Creed...while various gameplay elements remind me of Uncharted with an even more advanced cover system....
GotY will be between Uncharted 2, inFamous and some other game I can't think of right now...but Sony owns two of the games I expect to be up for GotY and bot...

I am one of the complainers....but you do have a point...
however...saying that Home is a service that 5 million users "enjoy" is far fetched, it is a service that 5 million users have used...
and while this update sounds decent and all...I'm still not using it...it's just not my thing...
also..it's a great "free" service...but it still has a ways to go for even half the current users to actually enjoy it...
I remember owning a Sega Genesis while my friend had a Super Nintendo...
...and instead of hating on his console...I envied some of the games he had that I wasn't able to play....
to some gamers, the thought of this is taboo...
and while I believe in favoring one console over another, there's a massive community out there that takes this to an extreme that is unreal..

both of these games are simply just classics in my mind and I think that offering a HD Remix would still be a worthwhile double...or triple dip in both of these cases...especially for $15-$20...
I mentioned that this game would need to revolutionize the genre in some form or fashion....and that it would need to take advantage of the sixaxis...but now it's the motion controls
hopefully they will take the next step here and add it to GOW3
