Confusing? As opposed to the Xbox 360? They're the ones who just released the "Arcade" bundle with NO HDD!! Not to mention the Elite and the other variances of the HDD sizes.
How's that for confusing parents, kids, gamers...

I reported this story as duplicate. This is the same article I posted yesterday. The only difference is that it's got a spin on it to fit "Bloodmask's" anti Blu-ray/PS3 agenda.
This guy speaks what all hd-dvd supporters already know but are just too stubborn to admit.
I think you're mistaken. I don't care enough about the Wii to even read news stories about it, much less report it. As far as the 360 goes, I don't remember reporting anything as spam. Care to prove me wrong?
The three Wal-marts in my city have a large glass display full of Blu-ray movies. They also have hd-dvd, just not as many.
Are you seriously saying you think that early adopters will have to go out and purchase a new player to support 1.1? Now you're just repeating crap you've read on Don Lindich's blog. You sound just as uninformed as he does. This is 2007. That's what firmware updates are for. I'm sure the early adopters who care enough about having profile 1.1 on their older players will know how to install a firmware update.

I don't disagree with you, but my Walmart has a pretty wide selection. I can understand not all of them do though.
Just because they may be owned by Sony doesn't make them any less of a major studio. The movies are still there.
Also, Dreamworks wasn't even named as a major studio so why did you bring them up?

Funny. That similar name thing you are referring to is also confusing the average consumer. People at the walmart in my town are buying hd-dvd movies and bringing them back at an alarming rate because they assumed that they would play in their regular dvd players at high definition.
Bloodmask, Please get a life. You stay on here 24/7 posting news that you perceive as negative against the PS3. Seriously, look in a mirror and question where your life is headed. Do you have a social life?
"Blackmagic" is "Bloodmask". "Bloodmask" is "Blackmagic".
The amount of news tipsed by "Blackmagic" and then posted by "Bloodmask" is too much to be a coincidence.
Stopped reading after "These figures don't reflect the recent PS3 price drop".
"Gamesblow" has hit the nail right on the head. This whole "Surfergirl" BS is all made up. If there even is a "Surfergirl", I hate her even more for trying to drum up publicity for her site and reputation. She has about as much legitmitacy in gaming news as my grandma.
I'm American and I hate most Americans and their dumb mentality.
I wish Sony would totally revamp the PSN and the XMB GUI.
Bloodmask= The biggest FUD spreader around!
Ironic since people have been buying hd-dvd players and movies just to return them the next day because they think....
1. That hd-dvd movies will play in their dvd player.
2. If they bought the hd-dvd player they assume it will make there dvd's play in HD.
I know people in retail who have told me this is happening at an alarming rate. Not so with Blu-ray,
Too much Variety!!!?? Too much Variety!!?? Haters are grasping straws now!!!!!!!
