The MotleyFool.com website freely admits in their disclaimer that they own shares in Microsoft. How are they still allowed to be a reliable source on N4G?
"Frank Midega has no position in any stocks mentioned. The Motley Fool recommends Nintendo. The Motley Fool owns shares of Microsoft."
Admins need to rectify this.
@Ted
Oh, you're one of those gamers. That explains it.
Geoff Keighley stated last week that the reason Sony's conference wouldn't be televised was because of the time it was taking place.

Cause you have to sign in to facebook to see it, numbnuts.
WE WILL NOT JUST DEAL WITH IT!
GOOD DAY....
I SAY TO YOU, GOOD DAY SIR!
Me either.
This doesn't surprise me. Polygon has been putting a positive spin on every bit of bad news that has come out about Microsoft since their Xbox One unveiling.
The "important part" to Microsoft is that they will be getting even more money when consumers realize they have to pony up more cash for their tiered cloud storage prices.
No way Microsoft gives away unlimited gb's worth of cloud space for free. And guess what, you're going to need it. They made sure of that.
The multiplayer looks like it will play a lot like the faction war on this past season of "The Walking Dead".
Can't wait to play it.
Do you think they're just going to give you unlimited cloud storage space? No. The may give you a few gb, but I guarantee that they will have different tiers that you'll have to purchase if you want to add more of your game library to it to take advantage of having your whole library available in the cloud.
So, when you finally sit down and weigh the pros and cons, it's easier and cheaper to just play your physical discs. Even if you do have to take them with you ...
And you're living inside of a tiny bubble if you think N4G is the only place people are already picking a winner. MS and their arrogance screwed themselves. Everyone knows it. Even the mainstream media is finally picking up on consumers disapproval with MS.
Even if MS wanted to scrap DRM, it's too late. They've already signed agreements with EA and if they tried to, they'd be in legal trouble.
If anyone believes this crap, they probably are the ones back in the day using internet they got off a free AOL disc after being tricked into thinking AOL was THE internet. Lulz.
Let's say devs do use the cloud to offload some of the computational tasks. What happens when someone tries to play that game with no internet after the initial login? Will their game look worse? If someone plays online, will their game look better? If the internet goes out, will the game stop working until I have access to the magic in the cloud? But but but..I thought the Xbox One wouldn't require a constant internet connection...
Microsoft is so full of shit. And s...
Guess what. You can't play games with no console. They can't sell games to people who don't own consoles. Nintendo are the ones who are at fault for devs not making games for their system due to it not being a truly next gen system and aiming it at the casual market.
If it was a beast of a system and not a gimick, devs would not have abandoned it because there would be more people who own a WiiU...and more people to sell games to.
To the Xbots and PS haters:
You're forgetting one little thing. And by "little", I mean HUGE.
Sony plans, develops and engineers the PS4. Not the publishers or the game developers. Say for example, if Sony decided to not put online functionality in the PS4, do you think the game developers would demand that they do so so they can institute a DRM scheme that checks for a legit copy each time it's booted up? NO! Sony would look at them like &q...
That trailer sucked. Kinect sucks. Used game fees suck. Having to connect to the internet once a day sucks. The Xbox One sucks.
No, in 2006-07 the hatred, lies and flat out FUD against Sony was off the charts. Microsoft fans were doing whatever they could to make them look bad. I remember one instance Sony was having a party in support of Blu-ray and people went as far as photoshopping the discs to make it look like Sony was using a competitors blank dvd-r and trying to convince people into thinking that they didn't have faith in Blu-ray. It was disgusting how biased against Sony people were back then.

why the hell does this site keep getting featured on N4G? They admit at the bottom of each article that they own shares in Microsoft. They are not credible.
"The Motley Fool recommends Nintendo. The Motley Fool owns shares of Microsoft."
