Dead Nation, without a doubt is my favorite Indie, looking forward to DN2 on PS4.
Besides that not many true indies I've played. I lump small download games by developers into indie category, even though they aren't
of those I loved
Xmen Arcade
Crystal Defenders
Zen pinball
The PS4 gen so far has gotten me more behind real indies, as they are the ones that have gotten my attention besides Infamous.
Contrast looks reall...
just got here. What is this? a new final fantasy with cute cel shaded looks Vita ps3 or ps4?
I've yet to find an indie game as good as Fallout, or bioshock.
But agree, most AAA games are no where as fun as indies and small games.
More passion and creativity in indies
the saying goes. There's no time like the present...
I don't understand these big companies. They waste all their money on these massive games that they know won't generate huge money. With GTA5 everyone knew that game would make a massive profit. It wasn't a risk.
These companies put way too much in risky releases.
They need to stop thinking every idea needs to be a AAA and start making less costly games that are no loss if they flop, but could potentially be hits.
This coming year we are seeing small games...
anyone know the release date yet?
This will be my last current gen purchase.
Never beat a FF game and that haunts me.
I've played FF10 3 times, putting 30+ hours each time. The 3rd time I got to the second to last boss fight (giant Jecht) Couldn't beat him. I have a hard time grinding levels.
FF10 is the only one who's gameplay I really clicked with, didn't like 12 or 13. So I know that it has to be 10 if I ever am going to finish a FF game.
I love sonic crash etc. There is just something about this particular design that doesn't appeal to me. Maybe its all the spikes.
Seems a lot of people are judging the game and most come down to the character, so don't think I'm in the minority. I don't see much personality to Knack as a character which I think is it's biggest flaw. He is like a shell and nothing underneath.
best thing to come out of that interview. Confirmation that Gaikai is a netflix subscription model.
SO it is pay a monthly fee and access all of the games.
That right there is what will set it apart from Xbox. You can have your NFL I don't like football. I like games. Free games especially
well all I can say is they will sell 1 by years end.
It's a used purchase for me.
Lot bashing it but it just doesn't have a huge appeal to me, The gameplay looks solid but I don't like the character design, and you need to be able to relate to the character to really immerse yourself. Just don't see that happening with knack.
That's why you never go public. You never sell yourself to a publisher and you never give up ownership of what you create.
You would think with all the horror stories in the past few years of small companies being bought out then shut down, or companies constantly risking delisting because of low stock worth would teach these Indie companies to STAY indie.
Hopefully with the new landscape of gaming they can stay indie, with things like kickstarter and Sony MS trying to ge...
it's also a great song by nonpoint :)

Honestly Nintendo first party has become generic to me. The same few games over and over.
I grew up on Mario and zelda still consider Mario 3 to be the greatest game ever made.
But the series doesn't really do it for me anymore, not sure what it is but the sparks not there. It's not that I lost interest. I still have a NES and play Mario 3 and Dr Mario from time to time.
And Bought the Wii for No More Heroes, didn't like it at all, co...
I said ones I like.
gamecube only like RE4 and MGS TS and Tales of Symphonia
Wii liked bowling... that's about it. paper mario was decent
the title should be top 25 games you will never play.
Hope someday Nintendo will go the Sega route, never will waste my money on another Nintendo console after the gamecube and Wii each offered less than 3 games I enjoyed
I'm sure this will be an instant hit in Poland. 350 copies sold easily
Who cares. G4 hasn't been relevant for years.
xplay and code monkeys and AoTS where the only 3 things they ever created worth while.
really there is no need for system DRM. If they really want it the publishers could all force it with having a code like EA did, and charge 50$ fee for activation from used copies.
As sony said, 3rd parties could still implement online passes, if they really were willing to they could end used game sales.
Personally I think they should go to gamestop and basically tell them if you want to keep doing business we get a cut.
You think that they can't do this, look a...
This is not metal gear. Where's the stealth. This worries me.
