i think the voice acting and cheesy dialogue is a intended design choice.for those of you who are old enough to remember things like samurai sunday and kung fu b-movies.this was done for nostalgia and lulz.

the ps3 ver looks way better.go to youtube and look at hypersakura walk through and compare it to gamespots 360 gameplay (both direct feed in hd), you'll see the ps3 ver as much better texturing and lighting.i know youtube doesn't have the best compression methods but it's obviously clear that the game looks miles better looking on ps3.

why you get disagrees?..ff13 on ps3 ran at 1080p...my t.v tells me when resolution changes are made (every time)and ff13 never changed from 1920x1080 @ 60hz.
i sold my sykrim for $35, that went towards my ff13-2.i can't be bothered with broken games no matter how many gamers and publication make excuses for it.

yeah and gears ripped of killswitch, and batman ripped of assassin creed, and sotn ripped of metroid, full 3d controls and environments on consoles was ripped from mario64.every game derives from another.inspiration comes from many places, but me (the end user) only cares about the execution of said mechanics.not where they're derive from.
that's true alot of 360 games do indeed look better then mgs4 but if rising only has marginal graphical improvements (if any)over a game that came out years ago, it would be ammo for the quality argument.
we have to remember the graphical impact that mgs4 had on console gaming, so it's safe to say (from a graphical standpoint)that fans will and should expect more.
more fuel for ps3 fans to say the 360 is holding visuals back.
to be honest mgs4 looks better then this, and platinum games tend to program better on the 360 so it could be another 360 to ps3 port.
i'm not here to fan the flames (i have a 360 and a ps3)but these xbox articles always jump the gun when xbox sells are huge in the holiday season (in america)but come years end sony sells more hardware and software.
exactly, i'm not going to get hyped up on something that the game isn't.i know it's a survival horror game and thats all i'm hyped up about, a great survival horror game.
