Sonys been forming partnerships for decades without just directly buying studios. Really isn't anything new. That being said, glad to see talented devs escape the Call of Duty Jail.

I don't think there is another developer as consistent as Insomniac. You don't even hear bad stories or crunch stories coming out of there either.
Sony has always supported their consoles for a minimum of 10 years. Why would they stop now and ignore the 100 million PS4 users and still counting?

People made fun of Microsoft for leaving the Xbox 360 behind when the Xbone released. Now they desperately want Sony to leave the PS4 behind and it hasn't even been a year since PS5 launched.
