Holographic Disks can hold terabytes. HD DVD and Blu-ray are obsolete.

So basically when Microsoft says something, don't expect it to happen. Way to be Microsoft... Keep up the great work ;)

OK I downloaded the PC version and I've got to say, this is coolest game I think I have ever played. Talk about design innovation... Wow!

You can find the PC demo here:

I'm just going to download the PC version. If I like it on PC I'll buy it for PC. Should have came out sooner for 360 ;)

Oh sorry dude. I accidentally clicked on spam/offensive under your post. I meant to click disagree on the post beneath you.

If it's Input this would not work. I could be wrong however. But if it's output then yes I can see it going to the amp to supply the audio power. But damn, that's just one more conversion to add and that usually means decreased quality. I would feel much better sending the Audio directly to the amp. F**king HDMI just causes all sorts of problems. The damn knob-heads just had to mix the audio with the video.

aricha wrote, "I don't have an HD tv yet, but don't most of them these days have an HDMI input and then have an optical output to send to your receiver?"

If that's true, that would be the best solution as most amps support fiber optic audio.

Does anybody here know for certain?

That would be one hell of a split considering where the amp and the TV are located. Preferably I would want all my components plugged into my stereo amp/receiver so I could easily swap from Video 1, 2, 3 etc from my amp so I guess my best bet would be to break down and buy a new amp that supports HDMI.

I don't get the audio support for HDMI. If I wanted to take advantage of my 5.1 surround sound I would have to buy a new amp/receiver that supports HDMI. I'll be damned if you think I'm going to play my games through the TV speakers.

720p is better for fast moving object on screen. 1080i is good for still pics. If your smart you would go with 720p for games.

I hate to say it, but the PS3 looks better. It's obvious the PS3 version has a more clear, vibrant picture while the 360 version looked somewhat smudgy and fogged out. Could this be the difference between 720p and 1080p?

Oh hell no not another RPG. I thought I would give the RPG another chance, but Oblivion was the biggest let down in my books.

What is up with all the aliasing? Lazy bastards.

You're spamming yourself dude. Think homeboy.

What the hell? Was all that really necessary? Anyhow, this is good news...When do I win? Oh wait, it's for the U.K. damnit.

I would take this news with an ocean full of salt. Soul Calibur 2 was multiplatform but I was disappointed in the the Xbox version because the game told you to use GameCube buttons when in training. It was a mess! I'm sure it's not exclusive to 360 considering there is a missing source to back it up. I still honestly think the original Soul Calibur on the Dreamcast has the best graphics. Imagine the hell out of that.

Oh hell yes! Oh hell yes! Oh hell yes! I have been waiting anxiously for this bad boy. I think this is one of most overlooked games and I don't understand it.

That sounds realistic. I would agree with something on that level. MS has to make a buck as well.

This would put the premium 360 just a tiny bit above the Wii in pricing with the core possibly below the Wii price point. I'm expecting the Wii at $299 if the guesstimated specs hold true.

Yeah, hence the term "FIRST PARTY". It's in the header dude.
